This is the public Toppay support guide. Find your issue below, work through the checks, and if you still need help, gather the listed information before contacting anyone. Preparing properly usually resolves a query in one message instead of five.
Login problems
Password not accepted: check for a trailing space, check autocorrect capitalisation, and confirm the registered phone number. After two failures use recovery rather than continuing to guess — see password help.
Page will not load: confirm you are on web-toppay.in, check your connection, clear the site cache, and try a different browser.
Account locked: stop attempting and wait for the lockout window. Repeated attempts typically extend it.
OTP not arriving: check network coverage and your SMS spam filter. A new request invalidates the previous code, so use the most recent one.
App and access problems
Looking for the app: the Toppay app is the browser-based web application. See the app download guide for home-screen setup on Android and iPhone.
Someone sent an APK: do not install it. This site does not publish one — details in the APK guide.
Layout broken: update your browser, since older versions do not support modern layout features.
Deposit problems
Deposit not credited: confirm the money left your account, confirm you paid the destination shown on your own screen, confirm the amount met the minimum, and allow the stated processing time. Then contact support with the reference, amount and time. See the deposit guide.
Paid the wrong destination: report it immediately with proof. Recovery depends on where the funds landed and is not always possible.
Pending for a long time: do not pay again. Duplicate payments take longer to unwind than the original delay.
USDT problems
USDT not received: look up your transaction hash on the correct blockchain explorer. If it shows confirmed to the right address, the issue is crediting and support can act on the TxID.
Wrong network used: report with the full TxID. Recovery is often impossible, but the TxID is the only thing that gives any chance at all.
Explorer cannot find the hash: you are probably on the wrong network’s explorer. Full detail in the USDT guide.
Withdrawal problems
Withdrawal pending: check whether account verification is complete and whether the destination name matches. Allow the stated window plus bank settlement time. See the withdrawal guide.
Withdrawal rejected: read the stated reason. Name mismatch and limit breaches are the most common causes.
Asked to pay a fee to release funds: this is fraud. A legitimate fee is deducted from the withdrawal, never collected separately in advance.
What to gather before contacting support
Have this ready:
- The exact error message or status shown on your screen.
- Transaction reference, UTR, or blockchain transaction hash.
- Exact amount and the date and time.
- The network used, for any crypto transaction.
- A screenshot — with any sensitive fields covered.
Never include your password, OTP, MPIN, wallet seed phrase or private key. No legitimate support process needs any of them.
How to reach support safely
Use only the official channels listed on the Toppay customer care page. Be aware that fake support accounts are common on messaging platforms — they typically message you first, immediately after you post about a problem publicly.
Three rules that hold universally: genuine support does not contact you first asking for credentials; genuine support does not ask you to install a remote-access app; genuine support does not request an advance payment to solve your problem.
Still not sure the site is genuine?
If your underlying question is whether this platform itself is trustworthy, that is a fair question and it has a dedicated page with a full verification checklist: Toppay real or fake.
