These terms govern your use of web-toppay.in and the Toppay account platform served from it. By accessing the site or using an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility

2. Your account

- Keep your password, OTP and MPIN confidential and never share them with anyone.
- Use a password not reused from any other service.
- Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.
- Not create or operate an account on behalf of another person without authority.
We will never ask you for your password, OTP or MPIN. If you disclose them, transactions authorised with those credentials may not be reversible.
3. Transactions and finality
You are responsible for the accuracy of every transaction you initiate, including amounts, destination account details, wallet addresses and blockchain network selection.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Funds sent to an incorrect address, or sent on a network that does not match the destination, are generally unrecoverable. This is a property of the underlying networks and is outside our control. Verify every detail before you confirm.
Displayed rates, fees and limits may change. The figures shown at the moment you confirm a transaction are the ones that apply to it.
4. Prohibited use
You must not use the service to:
- Conduct any unlawful activity, including money laundering or terrorist financing.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or related systems.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on the service.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute the service or its content for commercial purposes without permission.
- Distribute modified applications, APK files, or look-alike sites using our name or branding.
5. No guarantee of returns
This service is a payment and account platform. Nothing on this site is an offer of investment, and no returns, profits or earnings are promised or implied. Any third party promising fixed returns using this brand name is acting without authorisation, and we are not responsible for such claims.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. Access may be suspended for maintenance, security, or reasons beyond our control. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably suspect fraud, unlawful activity, breach of these terms, or where required by law or a competent authority.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
